Apply afterAfter HSC · transfer route
A transfer programme: you start here (usually after HSC or A-levels) and, with good grades, move on to a university to finish a bachelor’s, with your credits counted. The receiving university sets the grades it needs.
Transfer requirements
To start: Secondary school certificate/diploma (or proof of expected graduation), passport and sponsor's financial form. No test needed to apply.
To transfer: AA/AS transfer degree (60 semester hours) including the Illinois Articulation Initiative gen-ed core, which transfers as a package to participating Illinois universities. The university sets the grade it needs.
English: IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL iBT 71 for academic classes; otherwise English Language Instruction first
From Bangladesh: HSC accepted as a secondary school certificate (or proof of expected graduation). No Bangladesh-specific grade published. CLC does not evaluate foreign transcripts itself: you need a NACES 'Catalog Match' evaluation (e.g. Educational Perspectives) sent directly to CLC. Grades of C or better count. No country restrictions published. No test needed to apply; without IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 71 you start with English Language Instruction.

Fees, intakes and entry requirements change often. Check the current application fee and requirements on the university’s programme page.
