What we do
- Education counselling, course and university selection, and applications
- English test preparation and practice exams
- General visa guidance and document checklists — free
- SOPs for university admissions: we coach you on your own draft, or write it from an interview with you, using only your true story
- Paid admissions document help (SOP coaching or writing, CV and reference formatting)
What we don’t do
- We are not licensed immigration consultants (RCIC) or lawyers
- We don’t submit or represent visa applications to any government
- We don’t charge for visa document preparation, anywhere
- We never guarantee admission or a visa
- We never write visa documents, research papers or essays, and never invent anything in an SOP
- We don’t publish students’ names, faces or visa documents
Commissions
Institutions pay us a commission when a student we placed enrols. It doesn’t come out of your tuition. Ask us what we would earn on any institution and we will tell you.
How we help with visas. Luminous International is an education consultancy. We are not licensed immigration consultants (RCIC) or lawyers, and we do not represent anyone to any immigration authority. We provide general guidance and document checklists. For Canadian study permits, visa guidance is free and general only. Our paid services cover admissions documents, not immigration documents. We do not offer paid visa document preparation for any destination.
