Apply afterAfter HSC · transfer route
A transfer programme: you start here (usually after HSC or A-levels) and, with good grades, move on to a university to finish a bachelor’s, with your credits counted. The receiving university sets the grades it needs.
Transfer requirements
To start: Aged 18+ or a high school graduate (16–17-year-olds must have graduated); secondary transcript needed if under 18.
To transfer: 60 transferable units. CSU: Golden Four (C- or better) and campus GPA. UC: 7-course pattern, 2.8 GPA for non-residents; UC TAG (6 campuses) open to visa holders. Courses taken abroad can't count towards CSU GE/IGETC here.
English: IELTS 5.5 (no band below 4.5) / TOEFL iBT 61 / Duolingo 95 / PTE 45
From Bangladesh: No Bangladesh-specific rule: HSC needed only if under 18; applicants aged 18+ can start without a diploma. Colleges don't evaluate foreign university transcripts themselves: NACES course-by-course report needed; foreign courses can't count for CSU GE or IGETC (except language). UC TAG (6 campuses) is open to F-1 students from a California community college: 30+ units there and it must be your last school. No country restrictions found. CSU transfer is open to internationals, with no guarantee; some campuses/majors limit non-residents.

Fees, intakes and entry requirements change often. Check the current application fee and requirements on the university’s programme page.
